PoloPlaz Fast Dry Sanding Sealer is an oil-based product tailored for residential use, offering the convenience of applying two coats in a single day. It enhances wood's natural tones while providing robust polyurethane protection. Suitable for high-traffic areas like basketball courts, dance floors, and gyms, it can be used for new installations, re-sanding, or screening and recoating. The sealer has a VOC level of 547 g/L, contains 37% solids, and has a flash point of 103°F. It dries in 5-6 hours and fully cures in 7 days, covering approximately 500 square feet per gallon. The open time is 10 minutes, and it achieves a pencil hardness of 2H with an amber color.
