PATCH 125 FS is a high-performance, fast-drying, polymer-modified patching compound designed for leveling various floor types before installing resilient flooring, carpet, wood, or ceramic and stone tiles. This portland cement-based system requires only the addition of water to create a dense, water-resistant surface. It features special chemicals that allow it to feather edge up to ½” thick, providing a durable, non-checking finish. Benefits include mildew resistance, trowelability, and resistance to cracking or shrinking. Additionally, it can easily skim coat old prepared cutback adhesive and is suitable for both interior and exterior applications.
