FLOWRITE 250 FS is a professional-grade, fast-setting, cement-based self-leveling underlayment designed for applications ranging from featheredge to 1 inch thick. When mixed with water, it transforms into a free-flowing liquid that cures to a smooth, durable surface suitable for all types of floor coverings. This product allows for same-day installation of vinyl, carpet, and wood floors and is ready for foot traffic within 2 to 4 hours, with the option to apply ceramic tile in just 2 hours. It requires Texrite’s Bonding Primer 500 for optimal adhesion and is mold and mildew resistant, as well as compatible with in-floor heating systems. FLOWRITE 250 FS is moisture-resistant and intended for interior use only. It is available in gray and comes in 50 lb (22.7 kg) multi-wall bags.
